1. Automation
Automatically start and load
The generators will automatically start after receiving self-control or remote control command, the success rate is more than 99%. A start cycle includes three starts, the time interval between two starts is 10-15s.
Once the generators start successfully, they will automatically load when the oil pressure reaches specified value. Usually the load time is 10s.
The generators will not start again if fails for three times, they will send start failure alarming signal and will transfer the signal to standby generators.
Automatically unload stop
The generators will automatically unload after receiving self-control or remote control. There are two stopping way including normal stop and emergency stop. Normal stop is to cut off main circuit (cut off MCCB or transfer ATS to mains); Emergency stop is to cut off main circuit, fuel pipe.
Auto protecting generators are with protections of low oil pressure, high voltage, over speed, overload, short circuit and phase shortage. The water cooling generators have high temperature protection; air cooling generators have high cylinder protection.
2. Remote monitor function
The generators can meet the technical demands of remote monitor, they have remote test, remote communications and remote control functions, and they will instantly monitor the running parameters and status from remote areas. The generators will automatically alarm when they meet abnormal situation or serious failures, and then realize remote control. They will also provide standard communications protocol.
3.Thread and parallel functions
Thread standby functions: it can equip with ATS and realize the automatically transfer function between mains and generators, and also double standby transfer function between two diesel generators.
Parallel function: two or more generators, with same model and specification, meeting the demands of 20-100% rated power can paralleling run stability under rated power factor. In order to increase the reasonable distribution accuracy and running stability between active power and reactive power, it requires that the generators speed governor must be with stable speed adjustable rate from 2-5%. Inside of the control panel, the voltage adjustment device can make the stable voltage adjustable rate within 5%.
4. Working conditions
The generators can run below 3000m of the altitude.；
Environment temperature is from -15 C°to 40 C°, other environmental generators are optional.

The generators are with external fuel adding system, and lock function; Usually the generators will equip with bulk fuel tank, which can run for 12-24hrs.
